Weddings at Holy Trinity Lickey and St Catherine’s Blackwell

We would be delighted to provide a Marriage Service for you at Holy Trinity Church, Lickey, or St Catherine’s Church, Blackwell.

Marrying in church is personal, meaningful and spiritual just as you want it to be. Churches are special and unique places to get married in – the prayers, promises and the whole service of celebration become part of your marriage, on the day itself and beyond.

To register your wedding enquiry for either of our churches please come along to our relaxed monthly booking sessions at The Wheel, St Catherine’s Church, B60 1BN, where you can meet Sheri our Vicar and Sandra our Parish Administrator and begin the conversation. Just drop in:

Saturday 6th November 10am – 11am,

Saturday 4th December 4pm – 5pm.

Between your initial meeting and your wedding day we will meet with you a number of times so that we can make sure your marriage service is fitting for you.

All couples marrying with us each year are invited to our Annual Wedding Preparation Day. The day includes meeting our organist and florist, hearing some of the practicalities of the day, as well as reading through and discussing the marriage vows that you will be making. In addition we will arrange a wedding rehearsal for you and the bridal party to help calm your nerves by rehearsing walking down the aisle, where and when to stand, who holds the flowers and so on.

Our fees are updated each calendar year.

Once a date has been agreed and legal paperwork complete we require a non-refundable deposit of £100. The balance is required two weeks before your wedding, instalments can be made if you prefer. Cheques payable to ‘Lickey PCC’
